Designed for demanding applications, the XBAR combines high throughput, exceptional print resolution, and robust engineering to ensure long-term productivity. The XBAR system has new features designed to optimize productivity, streamline operations, and enhance print quality. Recent advancements include:

  • Smarter Print Quality Tools: Dot Gain and Dither adjustments for sharper barcodes and
    image clarity, plus localized application with page preview.
  • Expanded PDF and IJPDS Capabilities: Previews, even/odd page printing, preload, and
    sort code support ensure greater flexibility and accuracy.
  • Enhanced Resolution Control: Horizontal DPI upsampling and vertical DPI
    downsampling to fine-tune output to application needs.
  • Operator-Friendly Features: Make Ready tools for press bar delay setup, pause/resume
    splice support, and accidental re-print detection and warning.
  • Advanced Reporting and Tracking: Print session/document tracking with customizable
    reports, CSV export, and tach speed measurement for improved oversight.
  • Broader Printhead Support: Added compatibility for 42k, Skyfire, and full-jet 10″ Samba
    heads, along with easy reconfiguration and head split capability.
  • Dynamic Printing Options: Network-controlled address printing with flexible fonts and
    support for additional virtual cues.
